இரத்தப்போக்கு பலவீனமுள்ளவளுக்கும், விந்து கழிதல் உள்ள பெண்களுக்கும், ஆண்களுக்கும், தீட்டாயிருக்கிறவளோடே படுத்துக்கொண்டவனுக்கும் உரிய விதிமுறைகள் இதுவே என்றார்.
