మాకీరు భార్య మయకాకి ఒక కొడుకు పుట్టాడు. అతని పేరు పెరెషు. ఇతని సోదరుడి పేరు షెరెషు. షెరెషు కొడుకులు ఊలాము, రాకెము.

And Maachah the wife of Machir bare a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.

15మాకీరు హుప్పీము, షుప్పీముల సోదరిని పెళ్ళి చేసుకున్నాడు. ఆమె సోదరి పేరు మయకా. మనష్షే రెండో కొడుకు పేరు సెలోపెహాదు. ఈ సెలోపెహాదుకి కూతుళ్ళు మాత్రమే పుట్టారు.

17ఊలాము కొడుకు బెదాను. వీరంతా మనష్షే కొడుకు మాకీరుకి పుట్టిన గిలాదు సంతానం.
