ప్రాకారాలు ఉన్న పట్టణాలు, పొలాల్లో ఉండే గ్రామాలవారు, ఫిలిష్తీయుల ఐదుగురు పెద్దల పట్టణాలు అన్నిటి లెక్క ప్రకారం బంగారపు పందికొక్కులను అర్పించారు. యెహోవా మందసాన్ని కిందికి దింపిన పెద్దరాయి దీనికి సాక్ష్యం. ఇప్పటివరకూ ఆ రాయి బేత్షెమెషు వాడైన యెహోషువ పొలంలో ఉంది.
