అతడు సమాజం ముందు విచారణకు నిలబడే వరకూ, ఆ రోజుల్లో ఉన్న యాజకుడు చనిపోయే వరకూ ఆ పట్టణంలోనే నివసించాలి. తరువాత ఆ నరహంతకుడు ఏ పట్టణం నుండి పారిపోయాడో ఆ పట్టణంలోని తన ఇంటికి తిరిగి రావాలి.”
