అప్పుడు యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడు ఫీనెహాసు, ఆ నాయకులూ గిలాదులోని రూబేను, గాదు గోత్రాల నుండి ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దగ్గరికి తిరిగి వచ్చి ప్రజలకు ఆ మాట తెలియచేశారు.

31అప్పుడు యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడు ఫీనెహాసు, రూబేనీయులతో గాదీయులతో మనష్షీయులతో “మీరు యెహోవాకు విరోధంగా ఈ ద్రోహం చేయలేదు కాబట్టి యెహోవా మన మధ్య ఉన్నాడని ఈ రోజు తెలుసుకున్నాం. ఇప్పుడు మీరు యెహోవా చేతిలో నుండి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను విడిపించారు” అని చెప్పాడు.

33అది విని ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు సంతోషించారు. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు దేవుని స్తుతించి, రూబేనీయులు గాదీయులు నివసించే ప్రదేశాన్ని పాడు చేయకుండా వారి మీద యుధ్ధం చేయడం ఆపేశారు.
