that if he did this when the sun was risen, he did manslaying, and he shall die, (or but if the lord of the house did this when the sun was up, he hath done manslaughter, and he shall be put to death). If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
