Isaiah 30:19

Forsooth the people of Zion shall dwell in Jerusalem; (but) thou weeping shalt not weep (any more), (for) he doing mercy shall have mercy on thee; at the voice of thy cry, anon as he heareth, he shall answer to thee, (or at the sound of thy cry, as soon as he heareth it, he shall answer thee).
