'And the person who doth [aught] with a high hand — of the native or of the sojourner — Jehovah he is reviling, and that person hath been cut off from the midst of his people;

In The King James Version

But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
