What a disaster is coming upon this murderous city with all its treachery! It is full of wealth it has robbed, and always has plenty of victims.

This chapter goes on with the burden of Nineveh, and concludes it. I. The sins of that great city are charged upon it, murder ( ver. 1 ), whoredom and witchcraft ( ver. 4 ), and a general extent of wickedness, ver. 19 . II.
