Zechariah 10:3

I am angry with the shepherds, I will punish the leaders. For the Lord Almighty cares for his flock, the people of Judah, and will make them like his splendid warhorse.

Free Bible Version

In The King James Version

Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.

In Context

4From the people of Judah will come the cornerstone, from them the tent-peg, the bow used in battle—all their rulers together.
