And Kol HaKahal made a brit with HaMelech in the Beis Elohim. And he + 23:3 i.e., Kohen Gadol Yehoyada said unto them, Hinei, the Ben HaMelech shall reign, just as Hashem hath said of the Bnei Dovid.
