I will break down also the gate bar of Damascus, 1 and cut off the inhabitant from Bik'at-Aven, 1 and him that holdeth the shevet (sceptre) from Bais-Eden; 1 and the people of Aram shall go into golus unto Kir, 1 saith Hashem. 1
