Therefore Hashem Adonoi Elohei Tzva'os saith thus: 1 Wailing shall be in all rechovot; 1 and they shall cry in all the public squares, 1 Alas! Alas! And they shall call the ikkar (farmer) to mourning, 1 and such as are skillful of lamentation to wailing. 1
