It is He that buildeth his ma'alot (stairs) in Shomayim, 1 and hath founded His aguddah (fitted together vault) over Eretz; 1 He that calleth for the waters of the yam, 1 and poureth them out upon the face of ha'aretz; 1 Hashem Shmo. 1
