Isaiah 14:29

Rejoice not thou, all ye of Peleshet (Philistia), 1 because the shevet (rod) of him that struck thee is broken; 1 for out of the shoresh nachash (snakeʼs root) shall spring up a viper, 1 and its pri (fruit) shall be a fiery flying serpent. 1
