Isaiah 17:13

The nations shall roar like the roaring of mayim rabbim; 1 but He shall rebuke them, 1 and they shall flee far off, 1 and shall be chased as the motz (chaff) of the harim before the ruach, 1 and like whirling dust before the storm. 1
