Isaiah 21:3

Therefore are my loins filled with pain; 1 tzirim (pangs) have taken hold upon me, 1 as the tzirim (pangs) of a woman in labor; 1 I was bowed down at the hearing of it; 1 I was dismayed at the seeing of it. 1
