Isaiah 26:10
Let grace be shown to the rasha, 1 yet he will not learn tzedek; 1 in the Eretz Nekhochot (Land of Straightforwardness) he will deal unjustly, 1 and will not regard the ge'ut Hashem (majesty, exaltedness of Hashem ). 1
