Therefore Adonoi says, 1 Forasmuch as this people draw near Me with their peh, 1 and with their sfatayim do honor Me, 1 but have removed their lev far from Me, 1 and their fear toward Me 1 is mitzvat anashim melummadah (human commandments taught by rote); 1
