Isaiah 33:1

Hoy (woe, doom) to thee that destroyest, and thou wast not destroyed; 1 and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously as a boged (traitor, treacherous person) with thee! 1 When thou shalt cease to destroy, thou shalt be destroyed; 1 and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously as a boged with thee. 1

This chapter relates to the same events as the foregoing chapter, the distress of Judah and Jerusalem by Sennacherib's invasion and their deliverance out of that distress by the destruction of the Assyrian army.
