Isaiah 35:6

Then shall the pisei'ach (lame) leap like the deer, 1 and the leshon (tongue) of the illem (the mute, the people unable to utter speech) sing for joy; 1 for in the midbar shall mayim break forth, 1 and streams in the Aravah. 1
