That saith of Koresh (Cyrus), He is Ro'i (My Shepherd), 1 and shall accomplish all My pleasure; 1 even saying to Yerushalayim: Thou shalt be rebuilt; 1 and to the Heikhal: Thy foundation shall be laid.
