Isaiah 45:23

I have sworn by Myself, 1 the Word has gone out of My mouth of tzedakah (righteousness), 1 and shall not yashuv (return, be revoked), 1 that unto Me kol berekh (every knee) shall bow, 1 kol lashon (every tongue) shall swear. 1
