Isaiah 45:8

Cause [the rain] to trickle down, ye Shomayim, from above, 1 and let the blue sky pour down tzedek; 1 let eretz open, 1 and let Yesha (salvation) blossom, 1 and let tzedakah (righteousness) tatzmiach (spring up; Tzemach) together; 1 I Hashem have created it. 1
