Isaiah 47:13

Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy etzot (counsels). 1 Let now stand up the hovrev Shomayim (the dissectors of the heavens, astrologers), 1 the chozim bakochavim (stargazers), 1 the ones that predict the future by Rosh Chodesh, 1 and save thee from these things 1 that shall come upon thee. 1
