Isaiah 51:4

Pay heed unto Me, O My people; 1 and give ear unto Me, O My Nation; 1 for torah + 51:4 42:4 shall go forth from Me, 1 and I will set at rest + 51:4 establish My mishpat as Ohr Amim (Light for the Nations). 1
