Isaiah 59:19

So shall they fear the Shem Hashem from the ma'arav (west), 1 and His kavod from the rising of the shemesh. 1 When the enemy shall come in like a nahar (flood, river), 1 the Ruach + 59:19 Hakodesh of Hashem shall lift up a standard against him. 1
