Make the lev HaAm hazeh stubborn, 1 and make their ears stopped up, 1 their eyes heavy; lest they see with their eyes, 1 and hear with their ears, 1 and understand with their lev. 1 And have a spiritual turnaround conversion, 1 and be healed. 1
