The Ruach + 61:1 Hakodesh of Adonoi Hashem is upon me, + 61:1 Moshiach 1 because Hashem mashach (hath anointed) me + 61:1 Moshiach 1 to preach besurah (good news, glad tidings) unto the anavim (meek, poor, oppressed); 1 He hath sent me to bind up the nishberei lev (the brokenhearted), 1 to proclaim deror (freedom, liberty) for the shevuyim ([Golus] captives), 1 and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 1
