Isaiah 62:10

Pass through, pass through the She'arim; 1 prepare ye the Derech HaAm; 1 Build up, build up the mesilah (highway); 1 gather out the even (stones); 1 lift up a nes (banner) [visible] over HaAmim (the Nations). 1
