Jeremiah 10:13

When He uttereth His voice, 1 there is a multitude of mayim in Shomayim, 1 and He causeth the clouds to ascend from the ends of ha'aretz; 1 He maketh lightnings with matar (rain), 1 and bringeth forth the ruach (wind) out of His Otzerot. 1
