He who is guard over the te'enah (fig tree) shall eat the p'ri (fruit) thereof, 1 so he that is shomer over his adon shall be honored. 1

17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. This intimates both the pleasure and the advantage of conversation.
