Proverbs 29:15
The shevet (rod) and tokhakhat (reproof) give chochmah, 1 but a na'ar (child) left to himself bringeth immo to shame. 1

14 The king that faithfully judgeth the poor, his throne shall be established for ever. Here is, 1.
