To all who are in Rome, ahuvei Hashem (beloved ones of G-d), summoned by Hashemʼs kri'ah (calling) to be kedoshim (holy ones) — unmerited Chen v'Chesed Hashem and Shalom Hashem from Elohim Avinu and Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua Adoneinu.
