Isaiah 45:13

And I will appoint Cyrus to do things that are right/just, and I will enable him to do all those things easily [MET]. His workers will rebuild my city, and he will free my people who have been ◄exiled/forced to leave their country►. And he will do it without my rewarding/paying him! Those things will surely happen because I, the Commander of the armies of angels, have said it.

I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.
