If a man opens a pit, or if a man digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,

And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein;

32If the ox gores a male servant or a female servant, the ox's owner must pay thirty shekels of silver, and the ox must be stoned.
