Though Ephraim is prosperous among his brothers, 1 an east wind will come; 1 the wind of Yahweh will blow in from the wilderness. 1 Ephraim's spring will dry up, 1 and his well will have no water. 1 His enemy will plunder his storehouse of every precious object. 1
