My hand has made all these things; that is how these things came to be—this is Yahweh's declaration. 1 This is the man of whom I approve, the broken and contrite in spirit, and who trembles at my word. 1

For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
