וַיִּתֵּן שָׂרֵי מִלְחָמוֹת עַל ־ הָעָם וַיִּקְבְּצֵם אֵלָיו אֶל ־ רְחוֹב שַׁעַר הָעִיר וַיְדַבֵּר עַל ־ לְבָבָם לֵאמֹֽר ׃
