וַיִּתְחַזַּק וַיִּבֶן אֶת ־ כָּל ־ הַחוֹמָה הַפְּרוּצָה וַיַּעַל עַל ־ הַמִּגְדָּלוֹת וְלַחוּצָה הַחוֹמָה אַחֶרֶת וַיְחַזֵּק אֶת ־ הַמִּלּוֹא עִיר דָּוִיד וַיַּעַשׂ שֶׁלַח לָרֹב וּמָגִנִּֽים ׃
