וַיַּשְׁכֵּם אַבְרָהָם בַּבֹּקֶר וַֽיַּחֲבֹשׁ אֶת ־ חֲמֹרוֹ וַיִּקַּח אֶת ־ שְׁנֵי נְעָרָיו אִתּוֹ וְאֵת יִצְחָק בְּנוֹ וַיְבַקַּע עֲצֵי עֹלָה וַיָּקָם וַיֵּלֶךְ אֶל ־ הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר ־ אָֽמַר ־ לוֹ הָאֱלֹהִֽים ׃
