ယေ​ရု​ရှ​လင်​မြို့​ကို​တိုက်​ကြ​သည့်​လူ​မျိုး အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် အိပ်​မက်​တွင်​အ​စား​အ​သောက် များ​ကို​စား​ရ​၍ အိပ်​ရာ​မှ​နိုး​ထ​ချိန်​၌​မွတ် သိပ်​မြဲ​မွတ်​သိပ်​လျက်​နေ​သူ​နှင့်​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ အိပ်​မက်​တွင်​ရေ​ကို​သောက်​ရ​၍ အိပ်​ရာ​မှ​နိုး ထ​ချိန်​ရေ​ငတ်​မြဲ​ငတ်​လျက်​နေ​သူ​နှင့် လည်း​ကောင်း​တူ​လိမ့်​မည်။
