யெகோவாவுக்குத் தங்கள் பலிகளைச் செலுத்தவேண்டும் என்று அவர் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்குச் சீனாய் வனாந்திரத்திலே கற்பிக்கும்போது இவைகளை மோசேக்குச் சீனாய்மலையில் கட்டளையிட்டார்.
