ఈ ఆజ్ఞలను యెహోవా సీనాయి పర్వతం పైన మోషేకి ఇచ్చాడు. ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలకు సీనాయి అరణ్యంలో యెహోవాకు అర్పణలు చెల్లించాలని ఆదేశించాడు.
