A righteous man knows how to judge for the poor: 1 But the ungodly understands not knowledge; 1 And the poor man has not an understanding mind. 1

6 In the transgression of an evil man there is a snare: but the righteous doth sing and rejoice. Here is, 1. The peril of a sinful way. There is not only a punishment at the end of it, but a snare in it.
