Isaiah 25:4

For Thou hast been a ma'oz (refuge) to the poor, 1 a ma'oz to the evyon in his tzoros, 1 a makheseh (shelter, cover) from the zerem (shower, storm, downpour), 1 a tzel (shade) from the chorev (heat), 1 when the ruach of the ruthless ones 1 is like a zerem (shower, storm, downpour) against a wall. 1
