Isaiah 30:18

And therefore will Hashem wait, 1 that He may be gracious unto you, 1 and therefore will He be exalted, 1 that He may have rachamim upon you; 1 for Hashem is Elohei Mishpat; 1 Ashrei are all they that wait for Him.
