Isaiah 32:2

And an ish shall be 1 as a sheltering hiding place from the ruach (wind), 1 and a seter (refuge) from the tempest; 1 as streams of mayim in a dry place, 1 as the tzel (shadow) of a great rock 1 in a weary land. 1
