Isaiah 32:6

For the naval will speak foolishness, 1 and his lev will work evil, to practise khonef (hypocrisy), 1 and to utter to'ah (error, perversity) against Hashem, 1 to leave unsatisfied the nefesh of the ra'av (hungry), 1 and he will cause the drink of the tzameh (thirsty) to fail. 1
