Isaiah 33:23

Thy riggings are loosed; 1 they could not well strengthen their mast, 1 they could not spread the nes (sail); 1 then is the shalal (spoil, plunder) of a great plunder divided; 1 the pisechim (lame ones) take the plunder. 1
